Who we are

What we collect

The partner brief form asks for your name, agency, work email, and an optional note. We use it to send you the partner brief and to reply to you. Legal basis: your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Booking a call goes through Calendly, and email through Google Workspace. Both act as our processors under their own terms.

The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. Hosting (Vercel) records standard, short-lived server logs. If Vercel Web Analytics is enabled it counts page views without cookies or personal identifiers.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract follows, in which case the records are kept as long as the engagement and the statutory retention periods require.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the processors above. Everything a partner tells us about their clients is covered by the NDA we sign before the first brief.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, or object to processing, by writing to info@vaza.digital. You can also complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
